Parnell Clitus, Business Development Manager, has been working with Headlands Capital since 2015 and is responsible for the origination of secondary market transaction opportunities and investor outreach. Prior to working at Headlands Capital, Mr. Clitus had approximately 15 years of private equity experience with firms including Capital Dynamics and Paul Capital, where he focused on global fundraising, product development and the sourcing of secondaries and structured private equity transactions. Mr. Clitus has worked on a variety of investment strategies, including private equity secondaries, venture capital fund-of-funds and healthcare royalty acquisitions. Mr. Clitus began his career at Credit Suisse. Mr. Clitus holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania.
